Author Lennie Ross examines the lives of three women nearing their forties, Chloe, Dawn and Skylar. They reside in Los Angeles where everyone wants to be an actress, get rich quick, and shop at Bloomingdales. Each character is in search of the meaning to life and finding their success. With various obstacles and unplanned circumstances the women find their individual ways to reach the top. Skylar is the most ambitious of characters that will stop at nothing to drives a Benz, walk in Louboutins and dine at the trendiest restaurants. She uses sex as if it’s a credit card to sustain her life style and in the end it may have worked to her advantage. While Dawn serves as the somewhat typical conservative counterpart who chased her career instead of love and found herself wanting more. Chloe may be the least favorite of the characters. She is a struggling real-estate agent who dreams of walking the red carpet and gracing the silver screen. Blow Me grazes a few pressing issues that women in LA encounter:
